we make the appraisal
process easy
From the day our customers contact us to the final report we will work to streamline the process for you
How it Works
Schedule an Appointment
Contact us via call, text or email and we can discuss your unique appraisal needs. As soon as we know the specifics or your property and the type of appraisal you require we can give you a quote. If you would like to move forward with us we can schedule a date and time for an in person inspection if one is required.
Appraisals can be paid for with Zelle, Venmo, check, or cash and must be paid on the day of or before the appraisal inspection.
Appointments time are a available on both Saturday and Sunday
Inspection of the Property
The appraiser will start by measuring the exterior of the house, making a sketch, taking photos and noting anything that will influence the value of your property. He or she will then inspect the interior of the house by noting the house’s floor plan, condition and interior features and will take additional photos. He or she will then consult the home owner about any issues as well as recent upgrades, renovations, and additions that may affect the value of the property. The appraiser will spend approximately 25-50 minutes on-site. If you have any questions during the inspection, our real estate appraisers will be happy to answer them.
Receiving the Report
With the information gathered from the inspection and market data collected from a multitude of sources such as multiple listing services, tax data aggregators and governmental data resources we will construct an appraisal report for your property. The finished report will then be electronically transmitted to you typically within 3-4 business days of the inspection.
Shorter turn around times can be accommodated for an additional fee
